Madeline Close

Representing Disabled People's organisations

Madeline Close is a Director of Disabled People’s Voice (DPV), a social enterprise and user-led co-operative. DPV’s role is to act as a voice for Disabled People. People with disabilities are their own best spokespeople. We want to create awareness about the needs and abilities of people with disabilities through lobbying, speaking and training. Our aim is to fill the gaps in services as identified by Disabled People.

Madeline is also a trustee of Disability Rights UK and a patient representative on the Wessex Local Eye Health Network.
