We hold information in line with our Data Protection Policy. We only hold information that you provide us with e.g. when you register for membership. We generally keep information until you tell us that it is no longer valid.

How will we use the information about you?

We may seek further information about you in order to process your membership application and subscribe you to our various newsletters and e-bulletins. We may also contact you by email, phone or post from time to time, for example to check your information is still up to date. In addition, we may wish to pass your information on to other organisations, such as other not-for-profit organisations or local councils, to help them improve their services, or send you information from other organisations. You can select your preferences for how your information is used via the online membership form. If you are not a member, but wish to receive our publications or e-bulletins, we will ask how you wish us to use your information when you contact us.

Access to your information

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
