Full time (37 hours per week), Winchester
Salary scale: £25,773 – £27,342 per annum

Do you want to be part of changing people’s lives, through the provision of rural affordable housing across Hampshire?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident communicator who is likely to have a background in housing, development, planning or working with communities and who has a good understanding of the issues facing rural communities.

Are you

  • Passionate about providing more affordable housing in rural communities?
  • Able to quickly build strong working relationships and have a ‘can do’ attitude?
  • Confident to deliver presentations that promote the benefits of affordable housing to parish and district councils and work with communities alongside our partners in HARAH (Hampshire Alliance for Rural Affordable Housing) to deliver new affordable housing?
  • Able to demonstrate strong report writing skills?

We will consider applicants from other professions who have transferable skills. Full training will be given. Consideration will be given to flexible and/or home working.
