An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Development Manager at Action Hampshire!

  • Full time (37 hours per week), home and office (Winchester) based
  • Job share for role will be considered
  • Permanent contract
  • Salary scale: £33,300-£34,300 per annum

We are looking for an individual with commercial or business development expertise who can confidently identify opportunities to refine and develop our existing services, whilst also identifying and converting opportunities for revenue growth.

The Action Hampshire team are committed to working with and supporting Hampshire’s not-for-profit organisations, we have 70 years’ experience in this field and our ethos is to help people to help themselves. We are looking for a person who can bring a different, more commercial perspective to the work we do, whilst appreciating the dynamic of working in an organisation driven by values, not profits.
