Hampshire and the Isle of Wight’s Village of the Year competition 2017 is now open.
Entries are invited from any parish council, community group or group of individuals representing their community. Entries are free and need to be submitted by Friday 21st July. Full details are available on the Village of the Year page here
As well as judging for the overall Village of the Year, Best Small Village and inspirational individual, the following categories will also be considered:
- Best Parish Council Community Engagement Project
- Best Footpath or Highways Project
- The Pub as a Community Hub or other economic related project
- Best Village Feature
