Village Hall Management Health Check covers constitutional / governance issues, managing committee meetings and AGMs, managing volunteers and employees, looking after the finances, and finally, taking care of the building itself and having appropriate insurance.

Your Village Hall Management Committee explains the role of charity trustees and what they should bear in mind in order to carry out their role properly. It also contains a suggested induction pack and sample trustee declaration for new committee members, templates for AGM paperwork, and helpful guidance for bookings secretaries.
