Grants and fundraising training for community halls and centres

Our Funding Your Community Building training session will help you become more able to:

  • Organise a range of activities to help publicise and raise funds for your building
  • Submit high-quality grant applications, to help supplement the ongoing income from hiring out your premises
  • Market your hall so that potential hirers (both local and from further afield) know what you have to offer
  • Set your hire charges to find a balance between covering your running costs (including maintenance and refurbishment) and being affordable to all. Please send me your hire charges so I can produce a report showing what Hampshire buildings charge for various sizes of room.

The training session is on Thursday 25 October from 10:00am to 12:30pm at our office in central Winchester.

Places cost just £25 each for Action Hampshire members (£35 for non-members) if you book by 4pm on Thursday 18 October so go ahead and book your place using the form below.
