British Red Cross First Aid training for groups at risk of emergency

British Red Cross is offering Everyday First Aid training to groups (and their family, friends and carers) who may be at high risk of a first aid emergency such as:

  • the elderly
  • people who have suffered a stroke, heart attack, brain injury, dementia, Parkinson’s disease
  • people with learning difficulties
  • people who struggle with drugs, alcohol, homelessness issues
  • vulnerable families

Red Cross offer 2 hour sessions which are interactive, simply delivered and lots of fun. The aim of the course is to raise confidence and skills so participants can act in an emergency and potentially save a life.
