The GP Referral Project aims to promote access to not-for-profit organisations by GP patients, strengthening the sector’s links with the health sector. Barbara brings twenty years of experience working in the voluntary sector in Portsmouth in a range of roles, including co-ordinating Portsmouth’s Voluntary and Community Sector Network, human resources management for two local charities, and leading a charity supporting asylum seekers and refugees. With Masters degrees in both English Literature and Theology, she shares her time between paid work and being a self-supporting priest in a local Church of English parish.
